Our club was honored this morning with the visit of Pvt Robert Nobles, 508th PIR Co C.(Part of the famed 82nd Airborne). Bob, who lives in Ithaca, was a POW after parachuting behind German lines and fighting on D-Day 75 years ago.
The service that men like Bob performed for the world should never be forgotten!
